How do I connect my HubSpot account?

Go to your Advara dashboard and click Connect HubSpot. You'll be taken through a quick OAuth flow to authorize the integration.

Why isn't my revenue showing up in the dashboard?

Make sure your deal is marked Closed Won in HubSpot (not just closed). Revenue typically appears within a few seconds of the status change.

How does attribution work?

Advara matches closed deals to the ad click or inbound call that started the customer journey using click IDs, UTM parameters, and phone number matching.

Can I adjust the attribution window?

Yes. The default is 30 days before the deal close date. Contact support to adjust it for your account.

How do I disconnect an integration?

Go to your Advara dashboard settings and click Disconnect next to the integration you want to remove.
