By accessing or using Advara (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including business owners, administrators, and any individuals accessing the Platform on behalf of a business.
Advara is a revenue attribution and advertising analytics platform designed for home service businesses. It connects advertising spend data from platforms such as Google Ads and Meta with job and revenue data from CRM systems to provide performance reporting and insights. The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
Advara may display projected outcomes including but not limited to projected revenue, projected ROAS (return on ad spend), estimated additional jobs, and budget reallocation recommendations. These projections are mathematical estimates derived from your historical advertising and revenue data.
Projections are not guarantees.Actual results may differ materially due to factors including but not limited to: market conditions, seasonal demand, platform algorithm changes, competitor activity, lead quality, and your team's ability to close jobs.
Advara does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or legal advice. Nothing on the Platform or in any report generated by Advara constitutes a recommendation to make any specific business, financial, or investment decision. You should consult qualified professionals before making significant budget or business decisions.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any business decisions you make based on data, projections, or recommendations displayed within Advara.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Advara and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:
Advara's total cumulative liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Advara in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data, or non-infringement. Advara does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any projected outcomes will be achieved.
The Platform integrates with third-party services including Google Ads, Meta, CallRail, GoHighLevel, ServiceTitan, and Jobber. Advara is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or terms of these third-party services. Your use of these integrations is subject to each provider's own terms of service and privacy policies.
Advara may be used by marketing agencies to manage attribution reporting on behalf of their clients (“End Clients”). If you are accessing Advara as an agency:
Advara uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate narrative summaries, priority actions, and watch signals within reports. These AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes only. They are not audited, certified, or guaranteed to be accurate. Advara is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Advara reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
